It’s NOT that your problems are bigger than anyone else’s. It’s NOT that you’re more important than everyone else. It’s NOT that other people should drop everything to focus on you.

It’s that everything in your world is a byproduct of your inner world.

It’s that you filter everything through your perspective.

It’s that you literally can’t see the world outside your own point of view.

If you want to change how people treat you, if you want to make more money, if you want to stop being bored when there’s “nothing to do,” take a look at yourself. Instead of asking everyone else to change, ask yourself where you can be more loving (to yourself). Ask yourself where you can open to receive more. Ask yourself how your inner world can be more fascinating. Because it’s not someone else’s job to make you comfortable or happy or abundant or entertained.

It’s all about you.
